ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT SCOPING REPORT - HORIZON's Response to public feedback

This document is Horizon's response to the issues raised by the public during the 'preliminary informal consultation' they undertook in November/December 2009 at the same time as obtaining their scoping opinion document from the IPC.

It covers their current position on the key issues of waste, cooling towers and infrastructure, amongst others and Horizon will, we are sure, welcome any further comments from the public... go to the document.
