Things you can do

There is some feeling that nothing that we say or do will make any difference. But we firmly believe that if we make enough noise, someone will have to take notice.

There has already been some concerted activity from local residents that is making a difference. The profile of the development and of our concerns have been significantly raised and our input is being taken on board.

Tell your friends about what's going on

The more people who know about what's going on, the more noise we will be able to make. Tell you friends and anyone you know who is affected (that's everyone in the area for a start) about the proposal. Send them a link to this website. Get people talking about it.

Share this site on Facebook, Tweet about it and start talking about the issues. There's no point in talking about it after it's happened, talk about it now and decide whether it's what you want.

Write to you MP and local councillor

Their job is to represent your views in the democratic process. But if they don't know what your views are, they can't.

If you do one thing, write to your local MP and tell him about your concerns.

Get involved

Please find out what's going on and get involved. The more people who make their voices heard, the more likely it is that we can affect and shape the development process.
